Refund policy
Refunds
At The Shoppe Depot, our goal is to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We will gladly accept returns providing that goods are returned in their original packaging, in salable condition within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used unless it is damaged or defective. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.

- Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.
- Some health and personal care items
For any product that is damaged, defective, or missing, please have the following information handy and emailed to our customer support email support@theshoppedepot.com:
- Name
- Your Order Number
- The Damaged, Defective, Missing
If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
